Last year we spent over $1,500 to bring the electrical up to code on the roof before we could get the A/C units serviced, after which we spent another $1,500 + to have the A/C units repaired and serviced.

The new estimates for the roof are over $24,000 for the same part of the building as last year and the A/C estimates are between $17,000 and $22,000.
