From the East
First I want to thank everybody for helping make this a successful and memorable year. Please support the next Master as you have done this year.
We got a quote on replacing the roof over the lobby and dinning room along with replacing the A/C units for the same area. Combined it will be in the neighborhood of $30,000 dollars. If more of us sign up to work a concession stand at Raymond James stadium in a little over a year we can pay for the roof and A/C units. 4 of us worked the Nov. 8th game and had fun even though it was work.
Congratulations to Jason Papy on being raised to Master Mason Dec. 1st.
Dec. 6th at 2:00 PM we will be decorating the Lodge for Christmas, so come help in the fun and getting in the spirit of the season. Christmas party will be Dec. 12th. Pictures with Santa between 5:00 and 6:00. Dinner at 6:00 and Entertainment at 7:00. Donations for the Christmas dinner will be posted on the website and will be updated as they come in. If you don’t have access to the site please call me as we will have a sheet with what has come in so far.
Installation of officers will be Jan. 9th. At 9:00 AM to allow time for other activities on the same day.
Election of officers will be on Dec. 8th at our stated meeting.

From the South
At our most recent stated meeting a lot was accomplished. Getting the electrical brought up to code and fixed on the roof. That is a must! Voted on getting all 9 air conditioning units maintained and tuned up and cleaned. Got a report as to what the cost would be to remove, replace 3 A/C units. Got a report as to what the cost will be to replace the roof above the lobby and the dining room. Brothers the combine total of getting our roof and A/C units is about $30,000! Which needs to be done at the same time. This is why I will stress the need to attend, support and represent the lodge at all fund raisers so that we maybe able to get this done.
Brother Papy give back his Fellow Craft Catechism and was accepted by the craft. He is now awaiting his Master Mason Degree which will be on December 1st.
I do have open spots for any Brothers that would like to take part. Especially in the second part.
The Brothers that worked the Raymond James concession stand reported on the activity. They had a good time, but would like to see more Brothers take part in the next game.
The Next game is Sunday December 13th If you are able to assist with this please email me.

Our initiation ceremony for Victoria Cain-Stuhl and Jeff Stuhl at our meeting on Nov. 11th went very well. We did have to have quite a few pro-tems because so many were either out of town or ill. Thanks to those who helped to make this a success.
We also are selling raffle tickets for a chance on a Christmas tree decorated by Sister Joan Hundley with $50.00 in cash. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Please contact Patrice Barker if you would like to purchase tickets. We will not draw until December, 2010 at our official inspection.
The first meeting in December is the 9th and we will be doing our Christmas card exchange and everyone needs to bring a baked “goody” to exchange. We will have bags for everyone to take some home.
